My Expereince
I have built my HR career over 20 years gaining a wealth of experience and knowledge across a variety of sectors, underpinned by being a Chartered member of the CIPD and an accredited Executive Coach. I love working with businesses who genuinely see people as an asset - 'the centre of their success’. I started CC in HR with the aim of working with fantastic organisations who want to do the best by their people but need some expert help in doing so. Even if doing the right thing may feel difficult!
My aim is to work with great leaders to create a great place to work, eradicate those HR headaches and create an inclusive and productive culture.
Sector Experience Examples
The Built Environment - is one of the sectors struggling to close the skills gap whilst supporting the UK in achieving it's net zero targets by 2050. Projects centred around inclusion, skills development and routes into industry.
