Starting my HR career over 20 years ago, I have as a wealth of experience and knowledge gained across a variety of sectors. This is underpinned by being a Chartered member of the CIPD and an accredited Executive Coach.

When it comes to building a strong high performing cultures  I have successfully designed, resourced and implemented global teams which have developed from basic transactional teams to high performing international talent - adding value to the company’s bottom line!
