Starting my HR career over 20 years ago, I have as a wealth of experience and knowledge gained across a variety of sectors. This is underpinned by being a Chartered member of the CIPD and an accredited Executive Coach.

​My passion for people [& profits] has supported expanding businesses to achieve great things through their workforce. I love nothing more than rolling up my sleeves, getting involved and working with businesses who genuinely see people as an asset - 'the centre of their success'.

I enjoy tackling operational and strategic challenges with an abundance of tenacity. Together we always find a way to make things happen! ​

 

When it comes to building a strong HR function, I have successfully designed, resourced and implemented global teams which have developed from basic employee relations advice to high performing international talent management functions - adding value to the company’s bottom line!

With a growth mindset, I spend a significant amount of time working with teams and individuals who want to better themselves; creating a motivated and happy workforce.  ​​

Working across all functions and hierarchies, my leadership development programme ‘LEADING M.I.L.E.S.’ was accredited by the ILM and successfully produced future leaders within a business combating retention and succession battles.

Many HR professionals shy away from metrics and financials but I have successful managed tight budgets, reduced expenditure [recruitment costs being one of the biggest successes - achieving over 40% savings without compromising quality hires] and used creative thinking to provide tangible solutions.
