Ok so for many of us our weekends are much like our weekdays thanks to lockdown. We miss the routine of work and freedom of weekends, we miss seeing family, we miss shopping sprees and socialising with friends. But why not flip it on it's head, challenge these negative thoughts and create some space to bring back your weekends, evenings and differentiate from work.
